Terms of Service
Last updated: April 10, 2026
Une version française de ces conditions est disponible sur demande à hello@all-apps.org.
1. What you're agreeing to
These terms govern your use of All-Apps.org and the products we offer (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using any part of the Service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
All-Apps.org is operated by a company incorporated in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. References to "we", "us", or "our" refer to the operator of All-Apps.org.
2. Your account
You need an account to use the Service. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please use a strong password and let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By signing up, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you're authorized to use the email address associated with your account.
3. Free trials and billing
We offer free trials so you can evaluate products before committing. Trials end automatically — we will never charge you without your explicit action to subscribe.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, annual, or biennial depending on your chosen plan). Prices are listed on our website and may change with 30 days' notice. Price changes do not apply to your current billing period.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer partial refunds for unused time, but if you're unhappy within the first 14 days of a paid subscription, contact us and we'll make it right.
4. What you can and can't do
We want to keep things simple. Please don't:
- Use the Service for anything illegal or to harm others
- Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attack the Service
- Resell access to the Service without our permission
- Use automated systems to create accounts or abuse free trials
- Circumvent usage limits or security measures
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or pose a risk to other users or to the Service itself.
5. Your data
You own your data. We don't sell it, share it with advertisers, or use it for purposes unrelated to providing the Service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account at any time by contacting us. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we're required by law to retain it.
We take reasonable precautions to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest. However, no system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Intellectual property
The Service — including its design, code, branding, and content — belongs to us. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of it without our permission.
Any content you create or upload through the Service remains yours. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the Service to you.
7. Third-party services
Some products integrate with third-party services (such as Google Calendar). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services and make no warranties about their availability or reliability.
We only request the minimum permissions necessary for each integration to function. You can revoke third-party access at any time through your account settings or the third-party service itself.
8. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may occasionally need to perform maintenance, deploy updates, or address issues that require temporary downtime.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product or feature. If we discontinue a paid product entirely, we will provide at least 30 days' notice and a prorated refund for any prepaid period you won't be able to use.
9. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, bodily injury, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including the Quebec Consumer Protection Act and the Civil Code of Quebec.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
We will always keep the previous version available so you can see what changed.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the judicial district of Montreal, Quebec.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you retain the benefit of any mandatory consumer protection provisions in your country of residence. If you are a resident of Quebec, nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Quebec Consumer Protection Act.
